The things people want to know before buying.
Should I start with this or go straight to the 6 headphone kit?
If you mostly work one to one, this is the right kit. If you already run groups, the 6 kit works out cheaper per headphone. Either way the transmitter is the same, so nothing is wasted if you expand later.
What if a headphone breaks or goes missing?
Headphones are sold individually, so you can replace a single unit rather than buying another kit. Any replacement pairs with the transmitter you already have.
Everything is covered by warranty for two years, and the microphones for one year, so a fault within that period is our problem rather than yours.
Can I add more headphones later as my groups grow?
Yes. One transmitter feeds an unlimited number of headphones, so there is no ceiling built into the system and nothing to upgrade later.
You can add the 10 Headphone Expansion Kit, or buy individual headphones if you only need one or two more.
Does it work outdoors and in awkward spaces?
Yes, and this is where it earns its keep. Because the sound goes straight to each person's ears, the acoustics of the room stop mattering. Untreated barns, echoey halls, rooms next to a main road, marquees and open fields all work.
The transmitter reaches up to 300m, so range is not the limiting factor in any normal venue.
What can I play my music from?
Anything with a headphone output. Your phone (needs adapter), laptop or tablet plugs into the transmitter with a 3.5mm jack, and whatever you play goes out to every headset.
Can I try a kit before I buy one?
Yes. We hire kits out for single events, which is the usual way people try the system before committing, and it also suits one-off retreats or workshops.

Can my school or organisation pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. We accept purchase orders and invoice payment by bank transfer, and we can provide a formal quote for your finance team.
A full equipment specification sheet is available to attach to a requisition, and we can answer procurement questions directly.
Where do you ship to?
We ship across the UK, Europe and Asia.
We are not currently shipping to the USA, Canada or Australia, because those territories require different transmission frequencies. Get in touch if you are based there and we will let you know when that changes.
