Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product according to our Return Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Certain products, such as personalized items or products with a hygiene seal may not be eligible for returns.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
If your products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or a full refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in GDP £, unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payments for products must be made through the available payment methods at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Delivery P&P, will be added to the total purchase amount, please see our separate “Shipping Policy” for prices.

Order Processing and Delivery

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order details.
We make every effort to ensure that the products you order are available. However, if a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you and offer a full refund or the option to select an alternative product.
We will process orders within 2 business days. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, and other factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Warranties and Liabilities

We provide a 6 months warranty for defects in materials and workmanship on all of our products from the date of delivery.
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the defective product or repair, at our discretion.
