Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 business working days to process your order. Expect an email within 48hrs to let you know your order is on the way!
DELIVERY:
Orders can be picked up or a mutually convenient place and time can be arranged for customers who are local. Email info@immersivedepths.com to discuss.
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with all shipping information.
UK bank holidays may potentially cause delays to dispatch and shipping times, Delays in shipping may also occur due to courier’s operational constraints. As we use third-party couriers, delivery delays are outside of our control.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally processed within 2 business working days and standard shipping 2 to 3 days using a UK delivery service, Post office, DPD or Evri. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders. We do not ship outside of The UK at this time.
